How do I return to my application?
Open Apply and verify the same email address you used to start. Your saved applications will be listed in your protected session.
Can I apply as an independent applicant?
Yes. The Registrar can approve independent status in place of institutional affiliation. You still need a confirming referee and an approved endorsement letter.
My referee declined. Is my application rejected?
A referee decline prevents progression but is not a final academic rejection. You can correct or replace the referee and send a new invitation.
Does uploading my endorsement letter unlock the next step?
No. An administrator or assigned Registrar must approve the letter before documents and motivation are unlocked.
Does acceptance mean I am enrolled?
No. Sponsorship, payment or an approved waiver must receive human clearance before enrolment is confirmed.
How is my final course score calculated?
The global score uses your best valid earned points across required graded quizzes, divided by all available points for those quizzes. Missing required quizzes contribute zero. The unrounded course score must be at least 70% for the certificate score requirement.
Do guest check-ins grant course access?
No. Guests verify their email and record presence for a scheduled day. Guest attendance does not grant enrolment, protected learning access or academic credit.
What appears on the public presence wall?
Full names and attendance status are public. Email addresses and private details are restricted to authorised staff. Late participants are already included in the present count.
Who authorises a completion certificate?
Certificates use the authorised settings and signatures of the Registrar and Course Director. You can verify a certificate by its unique identifier.
